COVINGTON, Ind. - Mrs. Margaret E. Harmon, 65, of 421 Johnson, died at 10:10 a.m. Wednesday (Aug. 30, 1978) at Carle Foundation Hospital. She had been ill eight months. Born Dec. 22, 1912, in Fulton Township in Fountain County, she was the daughter of Fred and Hannah Zeppelin Lange. She was married July 16, 1938, to Seth Harmon, who survives. Mrs. Harmon had resided in Fulton Township most of her life, moving to Covington in 1962. She was a 1931 graduate of Cayuga High. She formerly had been employed at the Grab-It-Here Store in Covington and Mike's Colonial Parkway Restaurant. She was a member of the United Methodist Church. Other survivors include two step-daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Lewis of Kingman Route 2 and Mrs. Marcella Bracken of Covington Route l; three sisters, Mrs. Berniece McClenan of Danville, Mrs. Louise Harris of Danville Route 3 and Mrs. Gertrude Shoaf of Kingman Route 2; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home. The Rev. Alfred Dobbs will officiate. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery at Danville. Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The family has requested that memorials be in the form of donations to the American Cancer Society. - jlr
